Selected from the finest small farms neighbouring Borgo Monticole, and pressed at our local mill using the latest milling technology.

Filtered for maximum freshness and longevity. Orbetana and Raggia cultivars produce a delicate, well balanced oil.

Grown only in the valleys surrounding San Severino, Orbetana is known as ‘the landlord’s olive‘ for the exceptional fluidity of its oil, with notes of fresh herbs and tomato, alongside high levels of chlorophyll.

Raggia contributes an oleic/linoleic ratio of 75% to 7.3% and brings notes of almond to produce a slightly sweeter tasting oil. 

Vegan, free from gluten and allergens.

Fantastic olive oil.

This is my second batch of olive oil. The first was given to me as a present and l couldn't wait to order some more. I want to support your courageous venture having watched the television programmes however once l tasted the oil, l was completely won over. It is absolutely delicious with a smooth taste and a bit of a punch at the end. It is perfect when drizzled over salad etc. but l also enjoy a spoonful every day. My best wishes for the future.

Best Oliver Oil!

We have just received our Olive Oil and it's by far the best we have ever tasted, it has so much flavour which alot of other oils lack, the aftertaste stays around for ages and is absolutely delicious, this is by far the best olive oil we have had for years, it's well worth the money and we'll definitely be sticking to this brand in future, please give it a try if you're fed up with mediocre highly priced oils, you won't be disappointed.
