Selected from the finest small farms neighbouring Borgo Monticole, and pressed at our local mill using the latest milling technology.

Filtered for maximum freshness and longevity. Orbetana and Raggia cultivars produce a delicate, well balanced oil.

Grown only in the valleys surrounding San Severino, Orbetana is known as ‘the landlord’s olive‘ for the exceptional fluidity of its oil, with notes of fresh herbs and tomato, alongside high levels of chlorophyll.

Raggia contributes an oleic/linoleic ratio of 75% to 7.3% and brings notes of almond to produce a slightly sweeter tasting oil. 

Vegan, free from gluten and allergens.

Having watched Jerry & Lucie on the TV, so wanted this to be good but…

It was better than good! It was delicious. Is delicious. Subtle olive-y taste. A tad fruity. With a warming slightly peppery finish. Highly recommend.
